The
genesis of the 2007 wine
Born under exceptional climatic conditions
during a very sunny and very dry month of
April, the vine came into buds rapidly.
During the following months, the predominant
wind was the one coming from the South and
the West, bringing rain. The holiday makers
were angry with the summer, but in early
September, the North wind took the power
again and guaranteed the quality of the
harvest.
Low temperatures during the night, a sunny
weather during the day, the 2007 vintage
is an early one which will assure quality. |
